How does it work?

We take some time to get to know your family and your unique needs so we can find the best candidate to fill the role.

We will recruit potential candidates, review their applications, and conduct preliminary interviews with qualified candidates.

From the finalists of this stage, we will collect any necessary documentation (e.g., valid NC Driver’s License, CPR Certification proof, vaccination proof, etc.), check their references, and run background checks.

We will provide you with profiles of the best candidates for you to meet with for a final interview. This is where you can get a better sense of who they are as people and how they might fit into your household.

Once you have selected your nanny from the options provided we will support you and your new teammate through a one-week paid work trial so you can feel confident before officially hiring them.

If it’s a good fit, The Mommy Mentor will draft a Nanny Contract that suits both the Client’s and the finalist’s needs.

We will provide a 60-day guarantee, which commences on the finalist’s start date.

Full-time Nanny Search: $1,800.00

Part-time Nanny Search: $1,400.00

Non-Refundable Deposit: $ 300.00 (applied to the total cost once the search is complete)
